Twante Pottery Village

Twante pottery village situated 24km east of Yangon along the Twante Canal. Here generations old cottage industry traditions are still kept alive and family run workshops operate kilns and craft terracotta items with traditional methods. Another highlight of Twante not to be missed is the majestic 75m high stupa of SHWESANDAW PAGODA.
